Experiencing nature can be a relaxing and special thing to see. For example, nature can help someone with anxiety. Personally, we also believe that it can be a great thing to see with all of its beautiful animals and colorful plants. Additionally, going out to explore nature can relieve stress and can also improve the environment. Although nature can be a good thing for people, it can also be dangerous. The reason why is because animals such as bears and mountain lions can attack people exploring nature. Exposure to nature can as well increase attention spans, concentration, and wellness.
